Information you provide
The enquiry form stores your name, email, optional app URL, message and submission time so we can answer your request. It does not subscribe you to marketing. Do not submit passwords, payment details or confidential customer data.
The newsletter form stores your email, selected topics, subscription consent time, unsubscribe status and welcome-delivery status. You must actively select the subscription checkbox. We email the free checklists after signup. Newsletter emails will include an unsubscribe link; you can also unsubscribe by email.
Optional analytics and attribution
Google Analytics loads only after you allow analytics. We use it to measure page visits, source-link clicks, checklist downloads, successful enquiries and signups, and checkout clicks. A checkout click is not recorded as a purchase. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled.
We send page paths without query strings and source-link domains without full destination URLs. We do not send names, emails, messages, form text, checkout session identifiers, or card information to Google Analytics. Approved campaign labels are limited to short letters, numbers, underscores and hyphens. Campaign links should never contain personal information.
With your analytics consent, the browser can retain first and latest campaign labels for up to 30 days. Those labels may also be saved with an enquiry or signup to understand which campaigns produce requests. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser until you change it or clear website storage. Google Analytics may set measurement cookies and process technical information under Google's privacy policy.
Storage and delivery providers
Form records are stored in the site's Cloudflare database through Sites. They are accessible to the operator and authorized hosting administrators, with no public endpoint for reading the list. Resend is the selected email-delivery provider; it receives the recipient address and email content needed for delivery. A signup confirmation on the website does not by itself mean an email was sent.
Payment information entered on a Stripe checkout is handled by Stripe. We receive the order and customer information needed to provide the purchase and support it. Card details are not entered into or stored by this website. Stripe's privacy policy applies to its checkout.
Operational information and retention
Hosting providers may process request logs for security and service delivery. Form abuse controls use an hourly hash of a connection identifier. These rate-limit records expire and are removed during later submissions. We do not sell contact lists or add advertising pixels.
We retain enquiry and purchase records while needed for the request, delivery and related business records. Subscription records remain while needed to provide the requested updates and honor unsubscribe choices. This launch version does not automatically delete enquiries. Email us to request deletion.
