iPhone Duo Apps is operated by Mark Cuda. Contact hello@iphoneduoapps.com for order help. Card payments, when offered, are processed through SPARKSOURCE LLC's Stripe merchant account; that business name may appear during checkout or on your payment record.
The Fieldbook
The $29 USD one-time purchase includes the version 1 digital package described on the product page. It includes Markdown, printable HTML, CSV templates, and instructions. There is no recurring charge. No future course, app, SDK, update schedule, or consulting engagement is included.
Delivery and support
After Stripe confirms your payment, use the confirmation page to download the ZIP. Save a copy of the files and keep the private download link. Keep your purchase email or receipt. Contact us if a file is missing, corrupted, or different from its description; include your order reference and do not send card details. We provide help accessing the purchased files. Code implementation and project reviews are separate services.
Permitted use
You may use, copy and adapt the Fieldbook and templates for your own internal commercial or noncommercial projects. Employees and contractors may use them for your projects. You may share completed project-specific findings with the relevant client or project participants.
You may not resell, publicly upload, or redistribute the reusable workbook, blank or lightly modified templates, or scenario library. Your own project data and original additions remain yours. The package includes the full license. Third-party documentation and trademarks remain their owners' property.
Refunds
If the Fieldbook is not useful to you, email us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include the purchase email and receipt reference. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law requires.
Evidence and services
The resource is educational. It does not establish hardware compatibility, Apple certification, App Store acceptance, or a business outcome. Audits and prototypes require a separate written scope, timing and payment agreement before work begins.
